ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to cooperate with others, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include:
1. Providing direct personal care and hygiene assistance to clients, following the assigned clients' individual Master Plans, (i.e., bathing, oral care, dressing and grooming), within scope of practice.
2. Understanding and strictly following all applicable Hilltop Corporate, Life Adjustment Program, Home Care, and State and Federal rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
3. Completing required documentation promptly, accurately, and legibly. Turn in to appropriate location timely.
4. Providing behavior management as required (i.e., defusing anger).
5. Maintaining professional boundaries with all clients enrolled in any Hilltop program or residing at any of Hilltop's facilities, all the while maintaining the dignity, confidentiality, privacy and rights of every client.
6. Maintaining professional behavior with co-workers and outside agencies.
7. Performing housekeeping duties to include but not limited to mopping, dusting, trash removal, linen change, stocking supplies, vacuuming, disinfecting, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning bedrooms, cleaning living room, cleaning wheel chairs and walkers, organization of apartment.
8. Attending team meetings and in-service trainings as scheduled.
9. Other duties as assigned.
