ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Employee must have regular attendance/punctuality, be able to cooperate with others, and be completely honest. Other assigned duties include:
1. Setting up the service carts, ensuring items are fresh and adequately supplied.
2. Filling water carafes, cream, sugar, and butter containers.
3. Sweeping the dining area after each meal.
4. Cleaning the wait staff station.
5. Clearing food and dishes from tables during and after each meal.
6. Accurately recording food orders and relaying them to kitchen staff.
7. Providing customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
8. Serving residents and their guests meals in a timely and professional manner.
9. Other duties as assigned.
