Hilltop is committed toward lessoning our negative impact on the environment. We are working on incorporating recycling at all of our 13 campuses where we have collection areas for recyclables at every location as well as educational materials of how and what to recycle.

In addition, Hilltop has installed a combined 53.5 kW of solar PV (photovoltic) at several campus locations. Photovoltaic devices use semiconducting materials to convert sunlight directly into electricity. Annually, the positive environmental impact of these installations:
Hilltop’s Green Team, comprised of Hilltop employees, was formed and has been meeting to strategize and organize a plan to promote environmental sustainability. The Green Team recognizes there are small and large changes that can be made on each campus and is committed to educating and providing employees with convenient, alternative choices. Our dedication relies on everyone within the organization to make small but significant changes to lessen our impact on the environment each and every day.
