Transitional Housing

As a subgrantee for Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, victims of domestic violence and sexual assault may receive additional services. If victims meet program criteria and there is an opening, we offer case management and rental assistance in our local communities. This program provides ongoing assistance from trained professionals, which allows victims and their families to rebuild their lives.

Outreach

Ultimately, in order to stop of the cycle of violence, education is critical. At Tri-County Resource Center, we are committed to providing ongoing outreach and education in the communities we serve. Please contact us if you would like us to make a presentation.
