Hilltop’s Housing Support

In Grand Junction, Montrose, and Delta, we work with individuals and families who are facing housing insecurity, homelessness, or difficult transitions by helping with things like:

  • Applying for housing programs, including vouchers and affordable units
  • Accessing rent and deposit assistance (when funding is available)
  • Connecting with transitional or supportive housing that includes case management
  • Navigating assessments and referrals to other housing-related resources
