For 75 years, Hilltop Community Resources, a non-profit organization in Western Colorado, has worked to build a community that helps people navigate challenges and move toward brighter futures. Our tailored programs address the unique needs of individuals and families, from behavioral health support and intimate partner violence services to assisted living for seniors and adults with brain injuries.

Hilltop Community Resources exists to create meaningful connections that foster a community where everyone belongs. Driven by our core values of relationship, courage, growth, integrity, inclusivity, and fun, we strive to empower individuals and families through compassionate support, innovative programs, and holistic services. Our purpose is to build a vibrant, resilient community that embraces every person, celebrates growth, and uplifts those we serve.
