If you're having challenges with communication, power struggles, or setting healthy boundaries at home? Hilltop's Youth & Family Connections program is a 12-week, in-home series that helps families reconnect and grow stronger together.
Each week, a dedicated Family Navigator meets with both parents/caregiver and youth—individually and together—to ensure every voice is heard.
