Masters in Counseling from Colorado Christian University
I hold a master's degree in counseling from Colorado Christian University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 9 years of experience. My background includes extensive work in domestic violence treatment, crisis intervention, and therapy with couples, families, children, and adolescents. I have a particular passion for supporting couples and families, as well as individuals navigating complex trauma and traumatic brain injuries. My therapeutic approach is integrative and collaborative. I draw from family systems and client-centered modalities, while also incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and narrative therapy. I aim to meet each client with empathy and respect, fostering a safe, supportive space that honors their unique strengths and goals. In each session, I bring curiosity, compassion, and a strong dedication to your growth and well-being. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, dancing to my own rhythm, and spending time with my dogs and plants. I’m here to support you—as a listener, advocate, and empowering presence—as you take meaningful steps toward the life you hope to create.
