BA in Counseling Psychology from Colorado Mesa University

I am a Therapist Intern earning my master's in clinical Mental Health Counseling, with expected graduation in May 2026. I hold a B.A. in Counseling Psychology from Colorado Mesa University and have a background in community health case management and nonprofit leadership. I work with children and adults, providing individual therapy and trauma-informed care. I approach each client with curiosity, unconditional positive regard, and a touch of humor when it’s welcome. My therapeutic style weaves together person-centered care, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, all grounded in a strengths-based perspective. I strive to help clients build self-awareness, resilience, and emotional balance. While I’m especially drawn to working with trauma and family systems, I also support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and parenting challenges. Outside of therapy, I value rest and simple joys—whether that’s cuddling with my Labradors, enjoying time with family and friends, or soaking in peaceful moments at home.
