Enrolling in Senior Daybreak is simple and affordable, with flexible options to fit your schedule. Whether your loved one attends on a weekly basis or occasionally, we provide full-day or part-day attendance to suit your needs. Our services are available to Medicaid recipients, veterans, and private pay participants, with transportation options available.

Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pricing & Payment Options
  • Medicaid: Fees are fully covered for those who qualify for Medicaid.
  • Veterans: Veterans receive full coverage.
  • Private Pay: Starting at $62.50 for a half-day and $125 for a full day.
  • Transportation: Available within a 15-mile radius for an additional fee.
